Kinley, Ed.D. serves as principal consultant for the firm. He has more than 30 years experience nurturing new and established entities to create effective organizations. He has trained staff, volunteers, board members and others; facilitated meetings, retreats and focus groups; conducted strategic planning activities; evaluated programs and services; and managed personnel and mult-million dollar budgets.Dr. Kinley has written grants that raised millions of dollars from public, private and corporate sources. He has worked with funders reviewing proposals and making grants to many types of organizations. Dr. Kinley is also the co-author of Challenging Biases: Facing Our Fears...Beyond Race and Culture. He teaches courses and workshops on diversity in the workplace and schools.
